Emma Stone for Revlon
In August 2011, it was announced that Emma Stone would join the beauty brand Revlon as an ambassador alongside Halle Berry and Olivia Wilde. When asked how she felt about being part of the legendary brand Emma said: “I remember the day that they kind of approached me and were wondering if I’d be interested in it, I was in my hotel and walked up to my room and into the bathroom. I was looking at my makeup counter and getting ready to go somewhere and I had the Colorstay foundation sitting near my sink, and I was like this is bizarre. Then I turned around, and there was like, a Revlon hair dryer. I mean this is what my mom always used, this is how I was introduced to makeup. It’s just always been my mom’s favorite brand, and then going back through the history with the Charlie girl and just how long it’s been around. It’s so iconic and it really is just kind of an incredible thing to be a part of.”
Gucci Westman, the Global Artistic Director for Revlon was one of the people rooting for Emma to join the brand. “I just love her. I actually suggested her to Revlon. I just knew that this girl was something special. She’s gonna be a star. We’d just laugh all day, and she’s beautiful.”
Emma Stone has starred in multiple campaigns and graced magazine ads, television screens and billboards. Emma has also participated in the annual Revlon Run/Walk for Women, raising money for cancer research, treatment, counseling and outreach programs.
